ESD Rubber Pre-Cut Table Mats are made with premium performance 0.060″ thick ESD rubber that protects your static sensitive items as well as your work surface.
The MT2500 Series ESD Rubber Pre-Cut Table Mats are made with our durable 2-ply rubber. It is constructed with two layers: A black conductive bottom layer and a static dissipative colored top layer which creates outstanding static eliminating performance. The static dissipative top layer absorbs the static from items placed upon it in safe, controlled manner and flows through the conductive bottom layer quickly to ground to be neutralized. Our ESD Table Mats are tested and certified to ANSI ESDs20.20 standards for ESD Worksurfaces and test reports can be obtained by request. Two-Layer ESD Rubber Pre-Cut Table Mats Protect Your Tables
Our MT2500 Series Table Mats protect your worksurface from wear-and-tear of the manufacturing process. The durable rubber matting provides great protection against most general use applications – cutting, scraping, gouging, sliding – nothing is too much for our two-layer ESD rubber pre-cut table mats. For working on electronics, the ESD Rubber Mats offer excellent resistance to hot solders, soldering irons and most solvents.
Cut mats are packaged individually with 10mm snaps and a common point ground cord. Full rolls are 50ft long and can be easily cut with a utility knife to fit your unique workstation. Available in nasa blue, royal blue and gray colors. The MT4500 series is a thicker 0.080″ version of the matting for more harsh processes.
