The Warmbier CPM54 Charge Plate Monitor is an simple-to-use device to measure air ionizers performance. Quickly and easily test ionizer decay times and offset voltage (balance) according to ANSI ESD2020 and IEC 61340-2-1.
The Warmbier CPM54 Charge Plate Monitor is battery powered and due to its compact design, it is very suitable for the mobile use in industrial areas. The CPM54 is menu-driven and is controlled by with only 3 buttons for simple operation. Fully automatic testing of positive and negative decay times and the offset voltage (balance). All selected parameters will be shown in the color display. The charge plate has selectable start (1000v, 500v or 250v)and stop parameters (100v, 500v, or 35v.). The ESD standard settings of 1000v to 100v is default.
The CPM54 can also be used to measure Body Voltage with measurements up to max 2000v according to ANSI ESD 2020 and IEC 61340-4-5. With Body Voltage Testing, the user can perform the Walking Test for evaluating ESD floors.
