ESD Test Equipment are used to evaluate parts of an ESD Control Program

ESD Test Equipment include the relevant test instruments and equipment needed to perform ESD audits according to ANSI ESD.2020  and IEC 61340-5-1 and for qualification / verification of ESD control elements. ESD Test Equiptment include static meters to locate and measure static fields. Wrist strap and combo testers evaluate the grounding equipment worn by workers to control static electricity. Surface resistance meters measure the electrical resistance of materials and are used to test matting, heel grounders and apparel worn by workers in EPAs.
