ESD Inspection Gloves
ESD inspection gloves protect sensitive electronics during assembly and inspection when handling ESD sensitive items.

ESD inspection gloves are designed to be worn when handling ESD susceptible items. They are made with a dissipative nylon to reduce charge generation. Polyurethane coated palms allow for excellent grip and increases breathability. A seamless fine gauge knit, a finished rolled cuff and uncoated back are designed for comfort and breathability. The ESD inspection gloves may be laundered for repeated use. Sold in packs of 12 pairs. NOTE: Sizes run small because they are meant to fit tightly for improved dexterity.

Specifications:

  • Fabric:  Nylon Yarn Suffused with Conductive Carbon (5.1%).
  • Coated Options: Polyurethane Coated Palms or Finger Tips are Available.
  • Cuff: Finished Knitwrist Cuff.
  • Sold in packs of 12, 1 size per pack.
  • Typical ESD Properties: <10^6 ~ 10^8 Ohms

Application and Usage
Semiconductor, SMT Assembly, Disk Drive that require handling of ESD sensitive items.

ESD Protection

The GL4500 series gloves provide superior ESD protection because conductive carbon threads are combined with the cut resistant fibers to provide uniform static decay rates. Typical surface resistance is less than 10^6 ~10^8 ohms per ANSI/ESD SP15.1

Softness, Flexibility and Comfort

Most ESD gloves are bulky with low dexterity.  We made softness and flexibility a priority with anti-static materials, which provide ESD Protection without sacrificing dexterity.  Try for your self!  Contact us for a sample.
