The BT1000 Series ESD Solvent Bottles are made from a high density polyethylene (HDPE) and designed for the precision dispensing of flux, solvents and lubricants.

The BT1000 ESD Flux Dispensers feature a leur locking hub to prevent any leaking from the needle tip. Needle tip options include 16, 20, and 26 GA, topped with a black conductive cap.

ESD Flux Bottles have a surface resistance of 10⁹ – 10¹1 ohms/sq and are made from durable static dissipative polyethylene. They are non-greasy, contain no tertiary amines, and are humidity independent. The bottles offer chemical resistance to solvents, TCE, and alcohol, making them suitable for cleanroom use.
