Description

The MT-Texture series ESD-safe 2-layer rubber matting is made of 100% co-extruded rubber. The durable two layer mat is constructed with a textured dissipative top layer and a conductive bottom layer and offers excellent resistance to hot solders, soldering irons and most solvents.

The MT-Texture series is 0.080" thick and available in 40’ rolls in 2', 30", 3' and 4' widths. Pre cut mat sizes are available with grounding hardware and common point ground cords.

Meets or exceeds requirements of ANSI ESD S541-2003. RoHS compliant.

The MT-Textured series ESD rubber mats from Transforming Technologies are made of a durable 2-ply rubber. A conductive layer backs the static dissipative top layer that creates outstanding electrical performance characteristics. The MT-Textured series offers excellent resistance to hot solders, soldering irons and most solvents.

These custom mats can fit most any unique situations. Choose a standard size mat or have us custom cut your mat to fit almost any unique application. All mats come with two grounding snaps installed in the corners of the mat and a common point ground cord.
