Ptec™ Air Ionizing Nozzle
A specialized piezoceramic high voltage transformer drives the technology making Ptec™ ionizers among the most reliable ionizers available. The model IN3425 air ionizing nozzle produces a 68KHz AC output of approximately 2200V and a continuous stream of bal-anced air ions. The IN3425 works effi-ciently with clean dry air (CDA) and nitrogen (N2) and is capable of 100 psi input. Stable, small and free from EMI, the IN3425 is equipped with auto ion balance and will alarm if the high voltage output fails.

Maintenance Savings

Description

N0010: Standard 15 Degree Tip

All Ionizing nozzles come with the N0010 tip. It produces a standard ionized air stream and is the recommend tip for most ionizing situations that requires a small and direct ionized air stream.

N0020: Wide Angle 90 Degree Nozzle Tip

The N0020 is a wide angle tip produces a larger circumference air stream than the Standard N0010 tip. This tip should be used for applications that require a larger area to be ionized than the N0010 tip.

N0030: Luer Lock Nozzle Tip

The N0030 male luer lock tip allows the Ionizer to attach a air tube to extend the reach. Using a flexible tube allows hard to reach areas to be ionized.

N0040: Long Range Nozzle Tip

The N0040 long range tip is a 2" straight extendion. It has the same spray diameter as the N0010 standard nozzle.

N0050: Bendable Nozzle Tip

The N0050 bendable nozzle tips allow the nozzle to point at specific areas that need to be ionized. The firm but bendable nozzle tips keep their shape which allows for accuaracy.

N0060: Manifold Nozzle Tip

The manifold N0060 nozzle tip is perfarated with evenly spaced holes which allows balanced ionization over a long area.
