NRD StaticMaster 6105 – I-Beam Stand Ionizer Kit

Item #: 6105

  • Perfect solution for removing static in precision weighing applications
  • Eliminates the “Fly Away” effect of ionizing fan blowers
  • Use with fine powders, filters, media, weigh boats, glassware and larger specimens and samples

Remove static from items used in precision weighing applications with the I-Beam Stand Ionizer Kit.

The NRD Staticmaster® 6105 I-Beam – Stand Ionizer Kit is a self-powered static eliminator that eliminates the problem of “fly-away” powders and inaccurate measurements in precision weighing applications. The 6105 ionizer is used outside the weigh chamber and allows varying size objects to be passed in front of the unit to eliminate any static charge.

The 6105 is powered electrically providing an alternative to the popular alpha ionizing technology for precision weighing. The 6105 can be used in a wide variety of applications; from removing static charges from fine powders, filters, and other media that might “fly away” with the use of an ionizing blower, to removing charge from irregular shaped items such as eigh boats, glassware, and other elarger specimens and samples.

The Staticmaster® 6105 I-Beam Stand Ionizer Kit comes complete with an I-Beam Stand Ionizer and 7.5 KV Power Supply. This “Shockless” system is equipped with a 6 foot, shielded power supply cable and is capable of supporting a second I-Beam (Model 6106 sold separately).
