Transforming Technologies’ IN6430 ionizing air gun is a superior static eliminating device that integrates best-in-class AC performance and ergonomic design features into a superior and affordable package. The IN6430 works twofold as a forceful blow off gun that easily removes particulate from surfaces and as a neutralizer to remove the charges responsible for the attraction of contaminants to product surfaces.

Typical AC ionizing guns require stiff and bulky high voltage (HV) cables to connect the gun to the power supply. The IN6430 integrates the air and HV cables into one, durable, easily to flex cable.

Ptec™ Stability
The IN6430 uses Ptec™, a specialized piezoceramic technology, to create a high-frequency AC ionizing output with exceptional balance and decay performance. We eliminate high voltage cables by locating the power supply in the ionizing gun handle. Our OSHA compliant emitter nozzle protects both the operator and ionizer. Emitter contamination and wear are virtually non-existent with AC ionizing guns.

Performance:IN6430 Ionizing Performance
The In6430 is rated to reduce 1000volts to 100volts in 2 seconds at a distance of 12in from charged surface.  The closer to the charged surface, and the higher the PSI, the faster the decay times.  Different configurations of air pressure and distance can create the best static eliminating performance for your application.

The FL0030 micro filter features a hollow fiber membrane that provides excellent filtration and has a long service life. The compact design is easy to install and comes with quick release connections for fast replacement. All materials used are compatible for the most stringent applications.

Output Nozzle Tips

Benchtop Blower Ptec™ IN5110
The Ptec™ IN5110 68KHz AC benchtop air ionizer is a small, efficient static elimination device with variable fan speed for protecting electronic components and general static protection. Using AC corona technology, to make the air more conductive, Ptec™ ionizers produce a balanced stream of positive and negative air ions that never need calibration. These devices are used in many industries and manufacturing applications where static electricity is a problem.

About Ptec™ Technology
A specialized piezoelectric high voltage transformer makes Ptec™ ionizers among the most reliable ionizers manufactured. Small, lightweight and stable, Ptec™ products are designed to remain in balance and to alarm when the HV output affects performance. The model IN5110 benchtop static eliminator produces a 68KHz AC output of approximately 2200V and a continuous stream of balanced air ions. Ionizers that use Ptec™ technology do not require calibration and only minimal maintenance.

Features
On the front panel of the IN5110 are two LEDs. The green LED indicates that power is applied to the unit. The red LED is illuminated when an alarm condition occurs. A variable fan speed control, on-off switch, and removable finger guard are also on the front panel.The rear panel of the ionizer has the 24 VDC power input connector and a grounding point.

The IN5110 ionizer comes factory calibrated and with a calibration certificate.  Ionizer performance can be tested and verified with a
charge plate monitor. Important tests to perform are positive and negative decay times and ion balance. It is recommended to test ionizer performance at least 1 per year.

Ptec™ IN3425 AC Ionizing Nozzle

The IN3425 is a versatile ionizing air nozzle that can handle many unique, narrow area applications with ease.

The Ptec™ IN3425 ionizing nozzle is a small, mountable ionizer that can quickly remove static in hard to reach areas that most ionizers. With their small size, the IN3425 narrow area ionizing nozzle can be used to eliminate static electricity from a focused point. Combined with a high air supply pressure, the spot-type static eliminators can be used to blow off dust and contaminates, separate clinging materials all while eliminating static electricity.With a variety of tip attachments, the IN3425 can be used in varying configurations in focused areas.

The ionizer constantly produces ions when on but there is a version with a photoelectric eye will produce airflow when objects are in proximity of the sensor: model number IN3425PE.

The photoelectric sensing eye is adjustable up to 14inches. The ionizer only produces ions when objects are in proximity of the sensor, there is a version that produces ions continuously when powered on: model number IN3425.
