You can have great static control and heat protection in one cleanroom compatible glove.

Designed for printed circuit boards, hybrid circuits, semiconductors and other processes, the GL9100 series ESD safe hot glove provides static protection without compromising cleanliness. Gloves resist heat up to 302°F or 150°C.

These gloves use a polyester knit fabric suffused with carbon fiber. Heat protection is enhanced with a 100% inner tricot knit polyester fabric liner and a full 14 inch length. A cuff mounted grounding snap is also included.

Have static protection and heat protection in a clean room compatible glove with the high temperature FG3900 series Nomex® gloves.

The FG3900 series Nomex® gloves are designed for printed circuit board, hybrid circuit, semiconductor and other processes that require handling objects at elevated temperatures without compromising cleanliness or potential damage to static discharge. The full length 16” gloves allow you to have static control and significant heat protection in one cleanroom compatible glove.

FG Series gloves are made of continue filament yarn which reduces particle generation. They are compatible for use in controlled environments.

Specifications:

  • Face fabric: 99% Nomex® and 1% carbon yarn.
  • The gloves resist 572° F (300° C) according to ASTM F 1050 Modified. Independent testing is available. (The melting temperature of Nomex® is 450 ℃)
  • Composition: 9% Nomex®(face side)+1% Conductive Yarn.
  • Electrical: < 10 x ^10

Application and Usage
Semiconductor, SMT Assembly, Disk Drive. Applications that require thermal glove protection, static and contamination control. Available in two convenient lengths.
